Make a Variable Not Caps

I have a variable am outputting in a report and its outputting as caps and yet the source is not caps,

how do i change this to be in small letters?

    Check is the value get assigned to this variable is from the data type "Code" or used UPPERCASE function?
    You can use LOWERCASE function.
