Label printing problem (Windows XP vs. Windows 7)

Hello,
I built a label that should be printed in portrait orientation. On a system with Windows XP computer, it works (label view in print preview and then print-outs). If I do the same on a Windows 7 machine, the label always comes out in landscape mode.
What can be the problem. Currently I have the NAV version 6.0 R2 (6.00.32964) in use.

Thanks,
stony

    Hi stony

Assuming that it is the same report with same version of NAV you are running this looks like a printer driver problem. Make sure that the paper Height/Width in the RDLC is matching what is supported by the printer. Even though it is the same printer you are using the default value might be different for the two OS because of the two different versions of printer drivers. If the Height/Width sizes in the RDLC is not right it will fall back to the default values that is defined on the printer .. and that might be different depening on what OS you're running.
