computer restart permenant when i install dynamic nav sp1

Hi guys when i install dynamic nav 2009 sp1 in my computer computer restart i test this in more computer are there are some files must found in computer to prevent this .the windows i use is xp sp2
when i remove it from system computer not restart

If I remember correctly NAV2009SP1 require Windows XP Professional with SP3..

why this proplem made are there are different between xp so2 and sp3
