Menu disappears

For one of our customers, I created a new report. For the user, this report is accessible by a menu in Financial Management\Payables\Vendors\Report. My problem is sometimes this new menu disappears without reason and I must to add again in MenuSuite. Have you an idea about this ?

The only reason is behind this if the user don't have read permission for all objects exist in this group.

For me it looks like someone is overwriting the object. If it just "disappear" from the menusuite level, than you need to check who else is importing objects.
