Dimesion Value for Department is missing

My client is trying to run the Post Inventory cost to G\L and she keeps getting this message:

Dimesion Value for Department is missing

I have gone through the Value entry table and removed the Bad department codes that did not exist in the Department dimension table. We have remove all default dimensions for all tables except Employees and All bad Department codes from tables 17,121,123,125,113,115,37 & 39.
The Adjust cost was run again and then the Post Inventory cost to G\L again. We still get the error. What am I missing? What is causing this error?

The reason you are getting the error is because of GL Account setup for certain accounts that post cost to GL is hitting. You need to remove code mandetory from those gl account and then run post cost to GL.
