Purchase Header Archive Permission

Hi,
We have one user who is getting error "you do not have permissions to the purchase archive header" whenever he prints a purchase order. He can add/amend order ok but gets this error when printing a po. I have checked his permissions and created a new role and have given him all permissions to tables 5109 ( purchase header archive) and 5110 ( purchase line archive). But still getting the error. Have checked SQL permissions and all looks the same. He is not super user. If I give him super permissions all prints ok.

Think the problem may be that the permissions in the role I have created are being overwritten by another role.

Does anyone know the sequence/order NAV looks at roles and permissions so that I can see if this is the case.

There is no sequence, they are all cumulative.
