Uttar Pradesh Special Additional Tax

Dear Experts,
There is an additional tax component for uttar pradesh named SAT(Special Additionl Tax). The same has to charged and shown seperately in addition to other taxes such as sales tax etc.
Can you please suggest me how to take care of the same in the current NAV setup without customization?
