RTC Upload File onto File Server in which user has no access

User A has no access of a folder on a File Server
The Service running NAV RTC Server has permission to access the folder on the File Server
How can I program NAV such that the User A can upload a file from his desktop to the folder of the File Server?
Any idea?
I tried using the Upload, UploadinStream, Download, Downloadfromstream. It seems they all check the permission of the end user (i.e. User A).
