Add-On for Scheduling employees in NAV

One of our clients is looking for an add-on which he can use to schedule his employees based on there skill set and availability of the employee and job at hand. It is a truck rental company, so each truck has a different machinery and you need to be licensed to operate certain machinery. Currently, scheduling is done by pen and paper for each day of the week. So, I was wondering is there some sorta add on which will determine which employee should be matched to which job based on his/her skill set and availability.
