Key mapping LSRetail Help

Hi everyone, can anybody help me how to setup the key mapping in LSR?
i tried setting it up and when i try to use the "Open Device" button in Hardware profile card i always get an error "KEYBOARD: Unrecognised Key Name () or () in POS Key Mapping"
Do i need to put a Keyboard Device name?
BTW im using a Ordinary keyboard for Computer.
Hope you can help me guys.. Thanks!
