Adjust Cost for Average Costing Method

All items from Inventory are on Average Costing Method and in Inventory Setup Average the field Calc.Costing Type is Item & Location & Variant
but after I run the Adjust Cost procedure and Cost Posted to G/L procedure in inventory remain items with Quantity = 0 and Value <> 0 which is not normal.
What is happened??
