"Warehouse Handling is require" when post receive Return Ord

When I try to post receive for Sales Return Orders, the system show me this error message.



When I un-tick "directed put-away and pick" under warehouse location the above problem is solved;
however when I test on adjustment module, the system ask me to tick "directed put-away and pick".

Anyone can help me on this. Thanks so much.

If you enable Direct Pick/put-away, it must occur for all transactions in the warehouse, inbound and outbound.

So you have to go to warehouse receipt and put-away.

Yes, you will need to receive it using warehouse receipt first, then put-away.

Ya..The whole process is working fine (from receipt till shipment),
just that if base on above setting..I faced the problem when performing Sales Return Order.
Do you have any idea why like that? Thanks
