Looking for Performance Analyzer 1.0 for Microsoft Dynamics

I need that version to troubleshoot performance on a system with a SQL Server 2005 back end.

The only version I could find so far is 1.15, which no longer works with SQL Server 2005.

Would anyone have a link to the binaries of 1.0?

I tried it. However, the only link I can find for the download leads to Version 1.15.

Is there something I missed?
