Is there anywhere in the NAV documentation that gives a good summary of the CTP functionality available in NAV? For example, where it can be used in order processing, and a brief overview of what lead times, etc... are taken into account? I have access to PartnerSource, so I can get any of the manuals, but I've been through a few of them and I'm having trouble finding a good central explanation of how things work together at a high level.
