Filters not working while opening Form in NAV

Hi all,

I want to check whether the quantity required > quantity while opening a form. So I have given the coding in the OnOpenForm trigger.

But when I execute the form, the output is not consistent (I.e Sometimes it is showing many records and sometimes it is showing only one record). If anyone knows how to put this condition while opening the form, Kindly let me know.
