Dashboard Error (424)

I have a friend that hava the next problem.

User Portal : DASHBOARD ERROR (424) Object is required.

Somebody know ¿what is this?

    Look at a very similar post, which I answered before. Maybe you have the same problem. Is your friend the one on the other post?

    User portal requires Internet Explorer 5.5 in the server. That means that you should have Windows NT or Windows 2000, but you should not update Internet Explorer to 6.0+ (Windows XP ships with IE 6.0).
