error nav isabel go

we receive an error message from isabel when we try to download coda files:
Microsoft Dynamics NAV Classic
Tijdens verwerking van het ns2:getContractInfoResponse-bericht is de volgende fout geretourneerd door ISABEL .

Exception.MC_CISApplicationIdNotExisting.
OK

You need to contact your NAV partner. They are using a wrong application_ID (the key is beta). You need a key from production.

Prod application-ids for MICROSOFT:
2-0004379-001-34-pDAhkQJ8
2-0004379-002-35-Hdh7JffF

There is no beta version what so ever used with the client. we are just using NAV 2009 R2, classic client. We reinstalled the nav client but got still the same error message.
