Hello to all.
I'm a beginer in Navision. I was asked to create a user in Navision and let him acces only the granules he purchased. The problem is that when i log in with the created user I can't create a new company.
Do you know which permisions must be changed? #-o

thank you

What permissions do you give to the User ? SUPER ?
How many compagnies are allowed by the licence ?

In order to use all granules user has purchased he/she has to have a SUPER role.

this is the problem....if I put super the user would have all wrights and access to all granules. The purpuse of my work is to demontrate the utility of the program with the granules purchaised, and of course I want to let him access only the ones needed(not all).
Now I am using a full acces license and for the respective user I selected only the granules he wanted.
When I want to create the new company, the option is disabled.

The license file should only allow the client to see the granules purchased.

If you are doing a potential client demonstration you should create your demo script to cover the area that the client is interested in, but run with your complete license so that they can see the other available granules, which would let them know about the future expandability and the flexability of the software.

If you are creating a demo so that they can perform some kind of training then you should use their license, which will only let you use the granules they purchased.
