Is there a tool that would find all the text caption and field names that are not translated to a certain language?

As far as I know it can't do that directly, but allows you to find this with a small modification in code or by Excel. I've just required this and used following method:
Import translation file in both languages and then group translation tokens records by object token id. (I did in Excel) If value is duplicate then it means captions in both language exist.
