You need to upgrade the report. Yes I know it's hard to upgrade document reports, but eventually you will need to do this. Classic reports are not supported in NAV 2013. I suggest you start with the standard 206 and then apply your changes, instead of trying to upgrade your classic report. If you need help, write me a PM.

What's the problem? What happens when user sends document to printer? Can they access printer within other applications?

I don't think so. If user has access to the printer then he can use it whether it's default or not.

If the printer is locally installed and user can access it, I think this should not be a NAV problem. Try searching resources related to network printer access problems.

printer selection should work in my opinion. But you need to select the printer in the printerselectionform in the users client. And f.i. NOT copy a string from another user.

Which version (and build) are you using? I have tried this on v6 build 33793 and seems to be working fine.

Opened Form 64 - Printer Selections
Added users to the desired report and printer

Is that how you are trying to achieve this?

If this is not working on a specific build, I suggest contacting your local support organization so that they can handle the request.

    Regards,
    Jorge
