NAV 7 CTP: Can't import any object

Maybe a hard or easy question, but I can't seem to import objects in the NAV 7 Developer environment.
I follow the standard importprocess. file -> import -> select .fob (nav09) -> warning -> select no -> filter on "create" -> run
After the run I receive the standard window with x* created, 0 merged, 0 replaced, 0 ... * x is the number of objects that should be there but are not.
However, when I go look at the range of the object number, no new objects are added.
Can anybody explain this or help me?

Are you trying to import 2xxxxxxxxx system tables? I noticed that this is not possible anymore.

No, I'm importing 1xxxxxxx objects (as many digits as the 990000754 work center table), but from a NAV2009 environment.
I can't modify them because they do not exist, and for some of those objects I do not have create permission. (aka no import in txt version, but you can in .fob)
