Inconsistencies in G/L table

I have made 2 tax jurisdictions in Gujrat VAT setup, 1. Gujrat VAT 2. Gujrat VAT+1 to make a provision for additional tax of 1% along with 4% and same rate has been defined in Tax Detail setup. Its working perfect when we post sell transaction. But when I post purchase order its showing error "The transaction cannot be completed because it will cause inconsistencies in G/L table"

Please suggest..

Why r u created 2 Tax setup for gujrat vat & vat1
you can try this with component.
