Production journal taking too much time to post

I am facing a problem that production journal for one item is taking too much time to post. the funny thing is that, we can post the production journal without any delay on the creation date but next day onwards it is taking too much time to post.

Inventory set up is configured as below

automatic cost posting - false,
expeced cost posting - false
automatic cost adjustment - never
average cost calc. type -- Item&Location&Variant


Item details
Output item costing method - Standard

BOM items costing method -- Average

Please anybody help me to over come this issue
