Accessing files on network through service tier

Has anybody worked with working with share or network drive in RTC? The service tier has the permission to modify the folder. Thanks.

Well if I write the following code for example.

Myfile.create('Z:\some folder\newfile.txt');

I get an error on RTC. In classic it works fine.

"Cannot find part of the path Z:\........".

RTC tries to find the folder in Servicetier system.

so check report 9171, hhow file is created in servicetier and then downloaded to client system.

You need to enable delegation to CIFS service on the target server from account, under which NST is running. The NSTis connecting under the end-user account to the shared folder, do not forget that!

The Service Tier don't know what Z: is.
Use UNC path.
