Error while opening database

Hi everyone,

While trying to open a database under Nav 2009, I am getting the following error message:

The user ID and password are invalid.Try again.

I am using a Windows authentification.

What can I do???

While trying to open a database under Nav 2009, I am getting the following error message:

1.Are you able to open NAV classic with windows authentication.
2.If No , what is the error found in event viewer.
3.Is the architecture is 2 tier (SQL,NAV installed on same machine) or 3 tier(SQL installed in machine1 and NAV installed in 2nd machine and trying open RTC from 3rd machine) ?

Could you elaborate your requirement in detail ,so that the forum can help you in resolving the issue.

It is already solved, I got the error because I didn't add my login under Windows Authentification
