Duplicate physical inventory journal

Hi all, I have a problem and have not found the solution for now, to calculate the physical inventory journal duplicate lines appear to me are the same product lines, in the same store and no lot numbers. You receive a product with lots -2 and another line with the same product number 6, I passed a number of products, does anyone know anything about this?.

I found the difference, a line has dimension and another does not, but I can not know why, the fact is that the inventory recalculation and some lines repeated leaving me only appears now and some that was good, now out repeatedly.
