Running RTC in a customer environment we experience issues with opening the items table for some users. Typicaly it can take several seconds from one user, but be lightning fast for another user at the same time.
Deleting the PersonalizationStore.xml file from the users profile is the only way I have figured out that will fix the issue, but juste temporary.
A typical PersonalizationStore.xml can be around 800kb to 1500kb, has anyone else had similar issues or know how to debug something like this ?
Currently we are running build 6.0.33494.0
