Order Planning page slow in opening or refreshing

Hi,
The "Order Planning" page on one of my client's databases is very slow upon opening. Even though the number of lines (requisition line table) is quite small (fewer than 100 records), it takes 15-20 seconds just to open the form. Similarly, changing the "Show as Demand" filter field from "All Demand" to "Production Demand" or vice versa takes 15-20 seconds.
I'm on NAV2009 6.0R2 build 6.0.32441.
I have 2 copies of the database on different service tiers, both with the same problem.
Although the Req. Line and Order Planning page are slightly customized (a few extra fields), I removed those fields and went back to the standard versions of the page and table - same result.
I've rebuilt the indexes - same result.
My CRONUS database and other client databases do not have this same problem. The CRONUS database, as I said, has roughly the same number of requisition line records and it's not a large number (less than 100).
I have no other performance issues in RTC for this database - order processing, financials, other manufacturing pages/processes all run OK.
We're running on SQL Server 2K8R2 with all the latest patches applied. Big server hardware.
Has anyone run into a performance issue with this page?
