RTC Page-Design Question

Hello
I have the following page (list type) and would like to have a box at the top, which I can fill with a date value (even better would be if I could choose the date).
The background is to be transferred via the button at the date value as a preliminary filter. This button opens another page.
Is this possible.

It is not 100% clear to me what you want to accomplish; but if you want a layout with Fasttabs or controls above the repeater you might want to choose Worksheet or Card page type instead of list.
If want to be able to open another page from a selected record in the list with e.g. the date as filter - you can do that. Look at page action "open" on "My Customers" to get inspired.
