Cambodian (Khmer) language in Dynamics NAV 2009

Has anyone successfully configured the Cambodian language (Khmer) in Navision?
Cambodian doesn't have a code page for Windows, so we can't configure Cambodian in the same way that we configure other languages like Japanese, Chinese, Thai, etc.
Also, this doesn't seem to be like Laotian, that has a program called Lao Script for Windows, that would let us do a side solution.
Is there any way to successfully configure NAV 2009 to work with Cambodian?
