importing data from a CSV file

Hi all,
I have a little question about importing data from a CSV file:
I have data in a CVS file that I want to import and I want create a log file that contains the data that is not imported because of error in the data.
I wonder if working with dataports can helps me??
Please feel free to give me ur suggestions.
