calculate inventory for items that dont have transaction

hi all i want to do stock take
but i dont have any transaction in my item ledger entry
so when i do calculate inventory, it will not come out in phys inventory journal
is there a way how to take out every items?

i have another way, there are field name Physical Inventory (boolean)
if i change the field become editable, and then user can insert physical inventory manually
will it be any implication?

For new inventory found duing the count, just use the item journal.

Technically, your case should never happen. Because items don't magically appear unless you buy it or make it.
