No Nonstock XMLPort?

It seems the Nonstock Items dataport has not been forwarded to the RTC. The 2009 Trade manual instructs you to run the Dataport, but if a client is converting to RTC, they want this on the RTC and there is no XMLPort. Neither is it in 2013 and so this feature will be lost. Is that right? :-k
