NAV Demo License (VOICE) problem

The situation: To demonstrate our ISV solution we use a seperate environment we send to our partners (VPC with NAV and our add-on).

The problem: Since our last release our old demonstration license is insufficient because new parts are being used in the object range.
However, generating a new demo license trough VOICE appears impossible.
Whenever we try to generate a demo license, we receive a development license, which means objects that should be ----X are R-MDX.
And not only for our solution, but also for other ISV solutions that are required.

We have contacted microsoft, however the assistance received there is one huge miscommunication, (They don´t GET the problem).

Could anybody explain how to make a demonstration license from beginning till end? including the object range assignment.
Because there still is a possibility that I´m unwillingly make a mistake.

Licensing issues can only be resolved by Microsoft.
