No more available space on the disk/diskette

I have a client who has been running version 3.01b for years. This symptom started yesterday. Every time he tries to run any report, he gets the following message: "There is no more available space on the disk/diskette. This refers to the file C:" and then a file name and then "Please use another disk/diskette or delete some files." He has 9 Gb free space on his PC. The server have a huge amount of free space as well. I have had him uninstall and re-install the client software. I have had him rename the zup file so it will create a new one. I have had him change the TempFilePath under Tools, Options. So far, nothing. Every time he gets this error, it crashes his Navision session. No one else at that company is having any problems. Does anyone have a clue what is causing this? It is certainly driving me crazy!
Thanks,

Check the disk with scandisk... in some cases system report wrong number (mainly if there is FAT used).
May be that there was less free space before and now it is "too much" free space... :-) some old applications had problem with too much free space because too short variables are used and the values are overflowing...0 -
After Scandisk it still failed. However, it turns out that the system (Windows 2000) was reporting the 9Gb free incorrectly. We found a 100Mb file to delete and that solved his issue. So I guess the moral of this story is to never assume that Microsoft is accurate (or even close) when it reports free disk space.
Thanks Kine!0
