unable to refresh Jet Report

Hi Experts,

We designed financial statements using Jet Express. We are using NAV 2009 R2
One of the users has issue refreshing the reports. He got invalid data and was not able to refresh the data by date filter. But sometimes, he is able to generate reports from his computer.

May I know whether some of you also encountered such issue and which are the possible reasons that have caused the issue?
