Unpresented cheques doesn't appear in Bank Recon report

Hi Guys,
Suppose to have 5 unpresented cheques that is still not clear from the bank but when I try to print the Bank Reconciliation report, I found out that only 2 unpresented cheques is shown in the report whereas the other 3 unpresented cheques is not show in the report.
Does any one encounter this before and how to rectify this?
