If you need field to be modified on Table the better to create a function and modify the field
Or you can create a flow field to show it in form also..
It's always great to see people getting started with NAV development.
However, in this case, you might want to take a small step back and start by investigating how the transaction structure works in NAV.
NAV lets you change data in many places but triggers on forms are definately the ones you want to use, hence the error.
Is there another developer available near you that you can ask this question? That will probably be faster than going though this forum, althoug there are many patient posters here.

but it display only on list page not update on table.
