Departments Menus in RTC.

I want know whitch page using for "Departments Menus" in RTC Default DB(2009 R2).Is there any page available?

Menusuite with highest no..
In cronus database it will be 1030..
if you have created company menusuite then it will be 1090..

i can't able to modify the menusuite 1030.
getting the following error message like this:

If you didnt have 1090 already then you have to create new menusuite..you cant modify 1030..

and how will we arrive "Assign users" concept in RTC.But in this concept working in classic client.Am i correct or not? please suggest me.
