Copy Budget Problem, RTC Only

We are having some issues using the copy budget function, that only appears in the RTC. The copy budget function does not allow for dimension selction, and doesn't keep the dimensions from the current budget to the new budget. When I perform the same function, same database from the classic client I can check the department, and the new budget has the correct budget for each dept.
I haven't found any comments relating to this, and downloaded a latest WW Cronus database, just incase, but ran into the same issue.
Am I missing somthing here? Service Patch? Known issue?

Not sure why you have to go to "edit list" when the check box is right there on the form (i forgot its a page now, and that might be the issue?)
