How to update Dynamics AX 2009 help files ?

Hello,
I wish to know the following :
1. what is the procedure to update Dynamics AX 2009 help files ?
2. Any tools \ licenses to be required ?
3. Tools to be procured or free ware ?
I have been asking this question to many of my Dynamics Exports for last couple of months, but so far I was not success in getting right answers. Now I posted this query in a bigger forum.
