Navision 4.0 Crash while design

In Form 30 (Item Card) when I want to add a new table to the form by the Field Menu Navision 4.0 crashes.
It happens when I'm scrolling down or typing the letter. It's working fine on my Laptop, but not on the Desktop installation even I've same Version installed and same licence. Maybe there is a problem in the database.

The last entry that works is "Date Filter", as soon as I go down to the next it crashes.

Have you corrected the 4.00 installation files ?

Thanks for replying so fast. The link from waldo doesn't work. But I'm just wondering why it works on one pc and on the other I've a problem. It's the exact same version.
Would it help to reinstall it or maybe just replace the database?

p.s. does the fix apply to all versions of navision 4.0? Because I've a swiss version.

The C/AL Code varies slightly from country to country, but not the fin.exe, server.exe and dlls etc. I can send you the files if you send me your email address.

But if the crash happens only on certain workstations it can also be a network problem.

I'll try to copy fin.exe and server.exe from the other workstation to see if it will work.
The database is local, what kind of network problems could there be?
I'll post Monday the result.
