Check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed and registered.

dll is not found on the computer, check the object that throws the error, and try to determine with the description of the variable which automation it was.
Install any required software suits if applicable.

Hi,

if you "Bing" the GUID supplied in the error message, you see that this one is used by Smart-Pdf-to-Doc Converter.
It looks like you haven't installed it.
