No. of Blank Lines & Page Group No. Issue

As you can find in report Chart of Accounts, No. of Blank lines flows from the G\L Account table.
As the No. of Blank lines is greater than 3 in RTC the report doesn' t generate the the 4th and consecutive lines,
as the RDLC layout has only 3 lines in its layout.
The issue of No. of Blank Lines greater than 3 is resolved.
But if the PageGrpNo. concept is also used in the same report both don't work together.
How it is possible to do the same.
Means if the No. of Blank Lines is suppose 5, then after that record 5 blank lines will be blank and at the same time
if we need to get a single record per page, the page grp no concept doesn't works
