How to make custom DropDown in Table Relation?

Greetings,
Anyone have idea for making a custom DropDown field for a page in RTC? instead define it manually in field groups table, are there any solution to make it by code unit or seperate it for just a specific page / object ? or can i make more than 1 DropDown field group for another page to use it? can anyone give me an example?
