Menu Suite - Item not showing

In MenuSuite 90, Warehouse, I have a new group. Under this group I have several groups/items. One of these items suddenly doesn't show. It has been there for a while with no problem, but I have been doing some work on a company-specific MenuSuite which has caused som highly "interesting" results on the navigation pane.
The item that doesn't show opens a form, for which we have all the necessary rights (I can see the Item in the Navigation Pane Designer, delete the item and create a new with our license), and I can run the form from the object designer. The item reappears if a developers license is used. Any suggestions are welcome.
