tooltips disable

Hi all, is it possible to disable tooltips permamently under
attain 3.10, although you can disable it via the tools menu,
it can be re-activated upon deletion of the zup file.
So can this be done programmatically ?

Tooltips cause the CPU usage on a citrix server (with attain clients)
to rocket to 50% - 1user or 100% - 2users.

I think there is no commandline parameter for this...

I've heard there may be a hotfix to resolve this, if so which ?
and where can I download ?

It was fixed in 3.60, so you need to upgrade your executables (client and server) to version 3.60.

We're actually planning a move to SQL - and then later on
once that is successfull - move to version4 on SQL.
