may I ask why you need this?

My guess you are asking during a posting routine a question and the users usually don't answer it and everybody gets locked. .....

I have a program that occasionally get a message box which blocks everyone, and I would be interested to give the submit button automatically without anyone having to be aware, is that possible?

This was a bug in the executable that was a while back. If there is an error, it shouldn't lock other people. Get the newer executable and it should resolve your issue.
