Installing Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 on Windows XP SP2 Embbed Ed

Hi guys,
i´m having trouble installing the classic client (2009 R2) on Windows XP SP2 embbed edition.
If i try to install only the classic client it demands the .NET Framework 2.
When i try to install:
weupdate.exe
This application has failed to start because MSEVBVM60.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
The file for .NETframework is this http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=20137
