Client not getting updated object

we are using NAV5.0 SP1 and SQL server 2005
recently a custom report was modified - a text constant is changed
from
'Getting Open Sales Orders @'
to
'Step 1: Getting Open Sales Orders @\Step 2: Getting Sales Invoices @\Step 3: Exporting Data @'
this is used for a Dialog Data Type to show progress of report
the change is ok and all clients are getting the changed report except for one client
- an error message showing for his case: Control 2 is not present and again control 3 is not present
He is using Windows 7
I tried the following ways known to me
- removed ZUP file
- Cleaned Cache Memory (FlushDNS/Clean RAM/Remove Thumnails)
- removed temporary files
- Restarted the computer
Still he is having the same problem.
can anyone please suggest any solution.

Is he using the same Language as all other clients?
